Corsica

I've been drinking CORSICA every morning for over a decade now. The consistency over the years has been unbelievable. Every whole bean bag I purchase tastes exactly the same. There were times where I switched it up to a local SF or South Bay roaster for my morning brew but I always went back to the Corsica. Nothing would ever jump start my day like it always seems to do. Thank you Todd and JP for an amazing cup of coffee for the past 10 years and many more!

We have been ordering from you for a year now. First introduced when we went to Philly for an event we are from Philadelphia. But they didn't have coffee like this when we live there. Since a year ago we now get our coffee shipped usually for free because of how much we order. Your staff answers questions pretty darn quick online if we have a concern or how to grind the coffee Etc. Anyway we live in Virginia we're waiting for you to move here!

There is nothing subtle about this blend in my opinion, all of the flavors from the profile come through strong as noted and it's my go-to blend for espresso pulls. Can be a tad oily, but manageable. Corsica is one of those blends I guess just by the smell of the room after someone brews it. It has become a stable in my coffee cabinet.

I am a coffee snob for sure. I have tried just about every brand under the sun both domestically and international. By far La Colombe is in a class all by itself. The consistency of the beans, the perfect roast and of course the aroma and taste are truly superb! You have ruined me for all other coffees and I will be a lifelong fan and consumer.
