I truly love your coffee, I am constantly telling people about your product and how good it is. The flavor, the price point, the fact you get a free cup of coffee with every pound you purchase at your retail stores! I cam constantly promoting you on IG - Please don't ever change. Thanks for making my mornings so great!

    Which Brew Method?

I received this coffee and also Colombia San Rogue last week. Truthfully, I could not find a way to brew and drink either of these coffees, they both have an after taste of being aged in a wine barrel, and neither is roasted as a light roast, but they seem to be a medium roasted coffee which I was not expecting. I tried brewing as a pour over, Clever, Aero Press, Chemex using various grinds, water temps etc but always ended up with the strange after taste and none of the taste atrributes as listed on the website.

Clean, not bitter and flavorful! A cup of coffee to seat and have long conversations to. Loved it.
