On a coffee farm in Guatemala that sits between two mountains, the sun gives rise to shadows that dance across a land that bears a special cup. A taste that’s excellently balanced with citrus and green apple acidity, butter pecan richness, and graham cracker sweetness.
Story of the Bean:
Dancing Valley is washed and patio dried, with unique notes that often resemble that of African coffees. Grown in the Huehuetenango region of western Guatemala, it is produced by Vides58, a family-owned production and export company. Founded in 1958 by Jorge Vides, it is now run by 3rd generation family members. The farm continues to maintain a close-knit, family-like environment, which includes a school onsite for children of the farmers.
